Resum8 ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, process, and safeguard your information.
1. Data Minimization & Resume Processing
We adhere to strict data minimization principles. Resume text and target job descriptions submitted for ATS analysis are processed in-memory using Groq AI (`llama-3.3-70b-versatile`) and saved temporarily to enable your session editing and 1-page A4 PDF rendering. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
2. Cloudflare Turnstile Silent Signals Addendum
To protect our services against automated bot abuse and spam, Resum8 integrates Cloudflare Turnstile security checks on server actions. Cloudflare Turnstile operates silently without requiring interactive CAPTCHA checkboxes.
Collected Signals: Cloudflare Turnstile processes non-identifying telemetry including your IP address, browser headers, TLS fingerprint, and widget Sitekey to verify human interaction. This processing is subject to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
3. Razorpay Payment Processing
Payments for unwatermarked PDF exports are processed securely through Razorpay Software Private Limited. Resum8 does not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers. Razorpay processes payment credentials under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Transaction IDs and payment confirmation timestamps are retained for order verification and invoice records.
4. Cookies & Usage Limits
We use minimal functional cookies and session IDs to preserve your resume draft during builder interaction. We store a cryptographic hash of client IP addresses to enforce the 1-free analysis quota.
