1. Instant Digital Goods Delivery
Resum8 provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (unwatermarked PDF resume files generated in real-time). Upon successful payment of ₹49 via Razorpay, the PDF export is unlocked instantly on screen for immediate browser download.
2. Eligible Refund Circumstances
Refund requests will be evaluated under the following technical failure conditions:
- Duplicate charge: You were billed twice for the same transaction due to a gateway timeout.
- Technical rendering failure: Payment was captured by Razorpay, but the server failed to unlock or generate the PDF file.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds will not be issued once the unwatermarked PDF file has been downloaded, or for change-of-mind regarding ATS scores after download.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method (UPI, NetBanking, Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days. To request assistance, contact support@resum8.app with your Order ID.
