By accessing or using Resum8, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
Resum8 provides AI-assisted resume formatting, ATS keyword matching, and PDF generation services. Free usage includes 1 preliminary ATS analysis per session/IP address. Unwatermarked high-resolution PDF exports require a ₹49 payment.
2. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership
You retain all intellectual property rights to the resume text and content submitted to Resum8. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of employment history, qualifications, and claims contained in your resume.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to upload malicious scripts, attempt to bypass IP rate limits via automated proxies, or scrape platform infrastructure. Bot abuse will result in IP bans and Turnstile blocklisting.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Employment Guarantees
Resum8 provides ATS optimization recommendations based on algorithmic matching. While our templates optimize keyword alignment, Resum8 does not guarantee job interview callbacks, hiring offers, or employer selection.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
